Katherine Gustafson | Chief Customer Officer

Katherine founded Hive Collaborative in 2024 to help B2B and B2B2C clients understand their customers better and drive profits. She leverages 30 years of experience in global market research as the VP of Customer Experience and VP of Market Research at Kantar and Harris Interactive. She has been a trusted partner to global leaders, including UnitedHealthcare, Novo Nordisk, Freddie Mac, US Bank, 3M, Whirlpool and Angie’s List.

She transitioned to the client side, providing strategic guidance as Cargill’s Voice of the Customer, spearheading organizational change by leading customer-centric solutions. Katherine created Hive Collaborative as an ecosystem of cross-functional experts working together to deliver customer experience excellence.

Katherine is an active volunteer in the CX community. She co-leads the Twin Cities CXPA/Customer Experience Professionals Association Chapter and acts as the global project manager for the Advanced Manufacturing Customer Experience Consortium (AMCX).
